This is the fourth chapter of the series Chats with Swaruu, an extraterrestrial woman from Taygeta (Pleiades) with whom I am in contact almost daily talking about all types of topics that deal with our reality, spirituality, metaphysics, ancient history, alien life, health, soul, technology, and much more.

In this episode I talk with Swaruu about what the 3D Matrix is, why it was installed, and how we can move to 5D, the natural state of our consciousness while we are in the material vehicles. Swaruu will also explain what the Van Allen Belts are for.
